TRUNK OR TREAT!
October 27th at TVES
5:30-6:30PM
The TVES PTG is excited to host a Halloween Trunk or Treat event for “community trick or treaters” and their families. So, what is a TRUNK OR TREAT?
Imagine a gathering of cars parked in a semi-circle, trunks open (often decorated) ready to distribute candy/treats or prizes to excited trick or treaters. Trick or Treaters will walk from trunk to trunk rather than house to house. The drivers of the cars/vans (may even be in costume) will pass out treats/prizes to the excited participants.
This event provides a safe environment for students to enjoy the holiday with friends and family. This event will be allergy friendly with options for all!
Want to get involved? Sign up to decorate your car/trunk and bring some treats (enough for 75+ kids) to share with trick or treaters. Unable to provide a “trunk” but would still like to volunteer? We are accepting candy and non-edible (pencils, erasers, etc) donations (drop off in the front office or Kerin Schmid's office). It’s a great way to be part of a fun community event, if you have kids in school or not.
Contact Kerin Schmid ([email protected] or call 464-5177 to register your “trunks”.
